Fontanería Borja, the trading name of INSTALACIONES VILLA COSTA DEL SURESTE, S.L., is a company based in the municipality of Orihuela (Alicante), Spain, specialising in plumbing, gas, compressed air, irrigation, air conditioning, solar energy and swimming pool system installations.
The company has extensive experience in the construction industry, property renovations and the refurbishment of homes, commercial premises and other facilities.
In addition to installation, maintenance and repair services, Fontanería Borja undertakes renovation projects and installation upgrades, providing solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.
Products Sold with Installation Included
Products currently available in the online shop are sold with professional installation included in the advertised price, within the designated service areas and subject to the standard installation conditions described in this document.
Products are not currently sold without installation. Accordingly, the advertised price covers both the supply of the product and its standard installation by Fontanería Borja.
Where an existing unit is being replaced, the service will include its disconnection, removal and disposal under the conditions specified for each product.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor cosmetic differences may exist between the images and the supplied equipment, without affecting the essential characteristics of the product purchased.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices displayed in the online shop are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The advertised price includes both the supply of the product and its standard installation, as specified on the product page.
The total order amount will be displayed before payment is confirmed.
Orders must be paid for using one of the payment methods available in the online shop.
The installation period will begin to be calculated once full payment has been confirmed.
No additional charges will be made without the customer's prior approval.
4. Installation Timeframe
Fontanería Borja undertakes to carry out standard installations within 1 to 2 working days, calculated from the next working day following confirmation of full payment.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national, regional and local public holidays officially observed in the municipality of Orihuela (Alicante), where the company is based.
The day on which payment is made is not included in the calculation.
For example, if an order is paid for on a Monday, the installation period covers Tuesday and Wednesday. If payment is made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the installation period covers the following Monday and Tuesday, provided these are working days.
This timeframe applies to standard installations within the advertised service areas, subject to product availability, verification of technical conditions and the ability to arrange access to the property.
The specific installation date and time slot will be confirmed with the customer by telephone, WhatsApp or email.
If circumstances prevent the installation from being completed within the stated timeframe, Fontanería Borja will inform the customer and propose a solution.
Where the delay is attributable to the company, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund before delivery or commencement of the works, without prejudice to any other statutory rights.
5. Pre-Installation Assessment
After receiving an order, Fontanería Borja may request photographs of the proposed installation location by WhatsApp or email.
These photographs may be used to assess the existing equipment, its location, connections, dimensions, supports and accessibility.
Where the information provided is insufficient, a preliminary technical visit may be arranged.
A visit carried out solely to assess the feasibility of the order will be free of charge unless a fee has been clearly communicated and accepted by the customer beforehand.
All information and photographs received will be processed in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy.
6. Standard Installation Included in the Price
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, standard installation of equipment sold through the online shop includes, where applicable:
- Disconnection and removal of existing equipment when replacing an existing unit.
- Installation of the new equipment at the agreed location, in accordance with the conditions specified on the product page.
- Connection to the relevant existing utilities and installations, provided they are suitable, safe and compatible.
- Fitting of the standard accessories and components expressly included in the contracted service.
- Checking connections, safety and proper operation according to the equipment's specifications.
- Removal and appropriate disposal of the replaced equipment, where this service is included on the product page.
Standard installation assumes that existing installations and connections are in suitable condition and that no significant modifications are required.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, standard installation does not include building work, electrical alterations, pipework modifications, relocation of equipment, structural alterations, repairs to pre-existing installations or other additional works.
7. Non-Standard Installations and Additional Costs
If additional work is found to be necessary during the preliminary assessment or installation, the customer will be informed of the required modifications and their cost before any such work is undertaken.
No additional work will be carried out or charged for without the customer's prior approval.
The customer may reject any additional quotation.
If the product has not yet been delivered and the contracted installation has not commenced, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Where work has already commenced, an appropriate solution will be agreed in accordance with the services actually provided, the accepted terms and the customer's statutory rights.
Fontanería Borja reserves the right to refuse installations considered unsafe or contrary to applicable technical regulations.
8. Cancellations, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
8.1. Cancellation Before Installation
Customers may request cancellation before installation takes place.
Where the product has not yet been delivered and no work has commenced, a full refund will be offered.
8.2. Installation Not Feasible or Additional Quotation Rejected
If the installation is not technically feasible or requires additional work that the customer does not wish to authorise, the customer may request cancellation.
If this situation is identified before product delivery or commencement of work, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
8.3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 calendar days, in accordance with applicable legislation.
For the sale of goods, this period begins when the goods are received. For service contracts, it begins when the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, customers may contact info@fontaneriaborja.com using the withdrawal form available in the online shop or any other clear statement of their decision to withdraw.
Where a customer expressly requests that installation begins before the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the conditions established by applicable legislation will apply.
If the installation service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been completed, that right may cease to apply to the completed service.
If the service has commenced but has not been fully completed, the statutory rules concerning proportional payment for the service actually provided may apply, where appropriate.
Installation of the equipment does not, in itself, constitute a waiver of the customer's statutory rights relating to the purchased product.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the time limits and payment methods required by law.
9. Warranties and Guarantees
9.1. Statutory Product Guarantee
New products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided under Spanish legislation, currently three years from delivery.
INSTALACIONES VILLA COSTA DEL SURESTE, S.L., as the seller, remains responsible for its applicable statutory obligations.
9.2. Manufacturer's Warranty
Equipment may also benefit from an additional commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Issues involving possible manufacturing defects may be handled through the relevant manufacturer's authorised technical service, subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
Fontanería Borja will provide the necessary information and fulfil its statutory obligations as the seller.
The manufacturer's commercial warranty does not replace or restrict the consumer's statutory guarantee.
9.3. Installation Guarantee
Fontanería Borja is responsible for the installation work it carries out in accordance with applicable legislation.
Any issues attributable to defective installation may be reported to the company for inspection and, where appropriate, rectification.
Faults unrelated to the contracted work, arising from pre-existing components or installations that were not modified, do not in themselves constitute defects in the new installation, without prejudice to any applicable legal liability.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact details and an installation address, supply photographs or information reasonably required to assess the installation, and allow access to the property at the agreed time.
Customers must also disclose any known circumstances that could affect the safety or feasibility of the work and obtain any permissions required to carry out the installation.
Failure to provide access or essential information may require the installation to be rescheduled.
11. Service Areas
Installation services are available only in the municipalities and service areas indicated in the online shop.
Acceptance of an order is subject to verification of the installation address and the necessary technical conditions.
If an order is mistakenly accepted for an address outside the service area, the customer will be offered cancellation with a full refund.
12. Invoicing
An invoice will be issued for each transaction in accordance with applicable Spanish tax regulations.
